What to Do If a Team Member’s Background Is Incorrect

Here are two easy ways to request a background correction:

Option 1: Contact your Customer Success Manager directly.

Option 2: Submit a request through your Team Dashboard:

  • Log in to your Team Dashboard
  • Click “Help” in the top left corner
  • Let us know which team member’s headshot needs a background correction

We’ll review your request and respond within 1 business day to get the background swapped out at no cost.
