My team members need their headshots expedited. What do I do?

Requesting 24-Hour Turnaround for Team Members

No problem, we offer a 24-hour expedited service for an additional $20 per headshot.

To request an expedited headshot:

Log in to your team dashboard.

Check the white box next to the team member(s) whose headshot(s) you want to expedite.

Click the blue clock icon at the top right above the team member section.

You’ll be taken to the purchase page to pay the expedite fee.

Once payment is complete, the expedite will be applied to the selected team member(s). After their photo is uploaded, it will be sent directly to our editing team for priority processing.

Important Notes:

The expedite option is only available for team members listed in the “Team Member” section of your dashboard.

We do not operate on weekends, so we recommend avoiding expedite requests on Fridays, as the headshot won’t be completed until the next business day.
