Here’s a breakdown:

✅ Free Re-do

If the headshot has not been approved, and
It's within 30 days of delivery,
Then the re-do is completely free.

❌ Paid Re-do ($60 fee)

If the headshot has already been approved by the team member or team leader,
or
If it’s been more than 30 days since the headshot was delivered,
Then there is a $60 re-do fee per headshot.
