If your team would like a background that isn’t available in the dashboard, just email us at hello@headshots.com or contact your Customer Success Manager. We’ll review your ideas and any visual references you have, then create mock-ups for you to choose from. Once approved, we’ll set it as your team’s default background.

Cost:
There’s a flat $250 fee for the custom background process. This covers consultation, mock-up creation, and setup. An invoice will be sent before we begin.

Already have a background?
If your company already owns a specific background image, send it to us at hello@headshots.com, and we’ll take care of the setup at no extra charge!
