We’ve got you covered! If you're looking to use a background that isn’t available in our standard library, there are two ways we can help:

1). If you already have a background file you'd like to use:

Just email us at hello@headshots.com and let us know. As long as your company owns the rights to the image, we’ll make sure our production team uses it for your headshot.

2). If you don’t have a file but want us to create options for you:

• Email hello@headshots.com with a description of the type of background you’d like.
• If you have any reference photos or inspiration, attach them to your message.
• A $50 design consultation fee applies. We’ll send an invoice to get started.
• Once paid, our team will create a few sample backgrounds for you to review—usually within 24 hours.
• After you approve one, we’ll apply that custom background to your headshot when your photo is submitted.
