Here’s how it works:

After your headshot is finalized, you’ll receive an email with a link to review your photo. On that review page, you’ll have two options:

1). If you want edits to your current headshot:

• Click “👎I Don’t Like It” and then “I want additional edits on my headshot” in the pop-up form.
• Describe the changes you’d like to make within the comment box and submit. 
• Our team will review your request and send it back to the editor.
• You’ll receive your revised headshot within 1 business day.

2). If you want to submit a new photo instead:

• Click “👎I Don’t Like It” and select “I have a different request” in the pop-up form.
• Let us know that you'd like to upload a new photo within the comment box and submit.
• Our team will review your request.
• Once approved, you’ll get an email with instructions to upload a new photo and start the process again.

Please note: Once a headshot is approved by either you or your team leader, it’s considered final and no further changes can be made without purchasing an additional credit.
