Yes, you absolutely can, as long as the photo is still of workable quality.

If you've purchased your own headshot and want to move forward with your original photo (even if it didn’t meet our recommended guidelines), just reply to the resubmit request email and let us know you’d like to proceed.

By choosing to move forward with a photo that didn’t meet our quality recommendations, you agree to waive our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. This means:

  • You’ll still be able to request edits to your final image.
  • However, you won’t be able to submit a new photo later if you're unhappy with the results.
