We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble! Here are a few different ways you can upload your photo:

Through your tutorial link:
At the end of your tutorial (found in your Welcome email or by requesting it here), you’ll see the option to upload your photo.

From your computer or phone:
You can upload a file directly from your computer, or use the QR code provided to upload straight from your phone’s camera roll.

If someone else is taking your photo:
Have them email the photo to you so you can upload it yourself. Avoid using apps like iMessage or WhatsApp to transfer the photo — they compress the image and reduce quality. Alternatively, they can scan your QR code and upload it from their own device.
