If you’re seeing a message that your photo is too small, it likely means the file has been compressed, often due to it being sent through a text message, messaging app, or downloaded from social media. These methods shrink the file size and lower the quality of the image, which prevents us from producing a high-quality headshot.
To fix this:
- Upload the original, high-resolution photo directly from the device it was taken on (like your phone or camera).
- Avoid using screenshots, thumbnails, or photos saved from messages or social apps.
- If someone else took your photo, ask them to email you the original file rather than texting it.
Tip: The easiest way to upload the original image is by scanning your personal QR code. This pulls the photo directly from your camera roll and keeps the quality intact. Need help with that? Click here for more info.

Once you have the original file, upload it again through your dashboard.
