To request a refund:

  1. Email us at hello@headshots.com or use the contact form at the bottom of our website.
  2. Include the following details in your message:
    • The email you used to register with us
    • A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

Our team reviews all refund requests individually and responds within 1 business day.

⚠️ Note: If you're experiencing a technical issue or something didn’t go as expected, let us know. We might be able to fix it without needing to issue a refund.

Once approved, you’ll see the refund in your bank account within 5–7 business days.
