I need my employee to re-do their photo. What are my options?

No problem! Re-dos are covered under our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, which lets team members upload a new photo within 30 days of receiving their final headshot.

Here’s how it works:
Once the final headshot is delivered, the team member receives an email with a link to their personal dashboard. 

 

There, they’ll see a watermarked version of their headshot. Scrolling to the bottom, they can either select:

 

 

“I like it” if they’re happy with the photo and don’t want any changes, or

“I don’t like it” to request changes.

If they select “I don’t like it,” a box will appear where they can describe their request. This goes to our production team for review. The completed headshot will be removed from their dashboard, and they will receive their welcome email again to upload a new photo through the guided tutorial.

 

 

Please note:

Once a headshot is approved by the team member or team leader, no further changes can be made.

If a new headshot is needed after approval, an additional credit will be required.
