If a team member hasn’t received their welcome email, you can easily resend a reminder email directly from your team dashboard.
To resend a reminder email:
- Go to your team dashboard.
- Click the white checkbox next to the team member(s) who need the reminder.

- At the top right, click the blue bell icon

- A reminder email will be sent to the selected team member(s).
This email includes a reminder to upload their photo and provides access to the guided tutorial just like the original welcome email.
Troubleshooting Tips:
Ask the team member to check their spam or junk folder.
If the email still isn’t received, you may want to confirm with your IT team that our domain is whitelisted, as some systems may block our emails depending on your company’s software or firewall settings.
