What is the status of my team member's headshot?

You can view the status of each team member’s headshot directly from your dashboard, which is updated in real time. Each headshot will fall under one of the following four categories:
 
Team Members – Individuals who have been invited but have not yet uploaded a photo.
 
Headshots in Retouching – Photos that have been submitted and are currently being edited by our editing team.
 
New Photo Request – Submissions that did not meet your team’s guidelines and have been rejected by our quality check team. A new photo is needed.
 
Completed – Headshots that have been fully edited and finalized.
 
This real-time tracking makes it easy to see where each team member is in the process at a glance.
 

Can you move forward with a few of my team member's headshot?

Yes, team leaders can choose to move forward with a headshot listed under the "New Photo Requested" section—as long as the photo is still considered workable.
 
When a photo appears in this section, it means our Quality Check team reviewed it and determined it didn’t meet your team’s selected preferences, so it was initially rejected. However, if you feel the photo is still usable despite the noted quality issue, you have the option to "Move Forward" with it.
 
To review the reason for rejection, click “View Details” next to the photo. If you’d like to proceed with it, simply select “Move Forward” to send it back to our editing queue.
 

PLEASE NOTE:

If our team has marked the photo as completely unworkable, the "Move Forward" option will not be available
 

 

Does it cost extra for my team members to re-do their headshots?

We offer unlimited revisions at no cost under our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, as long as the headshot has not been approved by the team member or team leader.
 
Here’s a breakdown
 
✅ Free Re-do
 
If the headshot has not been approved, and It's within 30 days of delivery, Then the re-do is completely free.
 
❌ Paid Re-do ($60 fee)
 
If the headshot has already been approved by the team member or team leader, or If it’s been more than 30 days since the headshot was delivered, Then there is a $60 re-do fee per headshot.
