Step1: . Choose your team’s Background Style |
Click the “Manage Backgrounds” Button in the Backgrounds Box. Choose the style you want for your entire team as a default. Once selected, our system will automatically apply it to each new team member you add.

Step 2: Add Team Members (We call them Heroes) |
After you’ve selected your background, now let’s add your team. On your Team Status page, click the “+Add Team Member button” in the Manage Credits Box. Complete the form that pops up for each team member. Don’t forget to add yourself! Each person will receive a Welcome email within 10 minutes of being added with instructions on how to get started.

Step 3: Relax and return to your regularly scheduled programming! |
That’s it for now! You’ll receive an email notification whenever a completed Heroic Headshot is delivered. Completed headshots are delivered 3 business days after your team member uploads their initial photo to us.
